Al-Dabbagh Group (ADG), is a Saudi based family conglomerate, founded by H.E. Abdullah Al-Dabbagh. ADG is governed by the Omnipreneurship ecosystem, a term coined by the Chairman and CEO HE Amr Al-Dabbagh in his latest book, “Omnipreneurship”

Philanthropy University based out of San Francisco is ADG’s flagship initiative, with a focus on supporting NGOs across the Global South, through free online courses for workers in the social sector. Sustaining focuses on the 4 P’s: People, Planet, Philanthropy & Profit. ADG employs over 15,000 people across 62 companies in 60 countries. The operating segments include food processing, automotive, packaging, housing and an incubation portfolio that spans industries from ICT to human resources.
